GEATOP has recently successfully tested the RealWear Navigator® 520, an assisted reality device provided by Newsoft Technology SRL of Saluzzo, revolutionizing our approach to remote assistance.
Thanks to this technology and the Brochesia management platform, we were able to support our field technician in real-time directly from the Control Room at our headquarters, leveraging the expertise of our most experienced professionals.. This significantly enhanced our technical and operational support, optimizing workflows and reducing costs for the end customer.
